Patrick founded Patrick Marshall Law, LLC based on his desire to help injured clients and their families. Patrick is a skilled litigator who has successfully represented his clients in a variety of personal injury matters, civil litigation matters, commercial disputes, and class actions in state and federal forums throughout the country. His comprehensive understanding of the litigation process, paired with his diverse experience, makes him comfortable in any environment—whether it is deposing hostile witnesses, obtaining discovery from adverse parties that can make or break a case, trying cases to a verdict, or simply negotiating a settlement on his client’s behalf.
Prior to founding Patrick Marshall Law, LLC, Patrick spent nearly a decade working for one of the most respected plaintiff’s litigation firms in the Southeast, recovering millions of dollars for his clients. Patrick also worked at an insurance defense firm before pursuing his calling as a plaintiff’s attorney. His experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants gives him a unique perspective and additional insight into how to handle all types of personal injury and civil litigation matters.
Most importantly, Patrick loves helping people and takes great pride in helping his clients in their time of need. Whether his clients are involved in a car accident, the victim of consumer fraud, or involved in a complex civil litigation matter, Patrick works tirelessly to help his clients put their lives back together. He applies the same level of detail and determination to each and every client in order to get them the compensation they deserve.
Patrick was raised in Atlanta, Georgia and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from The University of Georgia. After graduating, Patrick spent several years working in the commercial real estate and financial services industries before attending the University of Alabama School of Law where he served as a Senior Editor of the Alabama Law Review and Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. When he is not practicing law, Patrick enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two sons.
